When you create a workspace, you accept this version. Acriva records which version you accepted and when.

What the terms will cover

1. Subject: Acriva as document management by subscription (software as a service) for businesses, not for consumers.
2. Conclusion of the contract: the contract is concluded when you create a workspace.
3. Services: the features of the chosen plan, availability and maintenance.
4. Your obligations: protect your sign-in details, hold the rights to the documents you upload and don’t misuse the service.
5. Fees and term: prices, billing, term and termination.
6. Your data: you remain the owner of your documents. The data processing agreement governs the processing of personal data.
7. End of the contract: how you export your documents and when they are deleted, subject to the statutory retention periods.
8. Liability and final provisions: liability, applicable law and place of jurisdiction.

The legal notice says who provides Acriva. The privacy notice says how we process personal data.
